villas in Tuscany Lovers of 18th century Italian villas will delight in our main Tuscany villa, Villa Lucia, with its superb frescoes and nine bedrooms. The villa has been expertly restored and refurbished and is a magnificent example of its kind.

The six-bedroom Casa Cameron provides an elegant villa for smaller parties. It is offered to you separately or as a magnificent combined unit of 15 bedrooms with Villa Lucia.

Our Tuscany homes all have full radiator heating. All bedrooms have air conditioning as do the Villa Lucia main living rooms. Villa Lucia and Casa Cameron rental includes a cook and housekeeping service with staff service 7 days a week. Your cook has one day off a week - which is a great opportunity for you to try out our great kitchens for yourselves or enjoy a wide selection of excellent Tuscan restaurants.

These luxury Italian villas are also available for rent together for larger groups. Corporate events or family reunions requiring up to 35 double bedrooms can also be accommodated locally. This includes use of a delightful private chapel for your special Tuscany wedding – contact us for more information.

Villa Lucia and Casa Cameron are situated in the charming traditional village of Vorno, a delightful gathering of rustic stone farmhouses and majestic villas set in the lush countryside at the foot of Monte Zano in Northern Tuscany. Vorno lies just outside of the beautiful town of Lucca.

Lucca, Tuscany

Tuscany’s best-kept secret, the wonderful walled city of Lucca, lies midway between Florence and Pisa just six kilometers north of Vorno. Founded in 180 B.C., it is still surrounded by the old city walls built to keep out invaders from nearby villages. Nowadays, the city houses the incredible Piazza dell’anfiteatro, Piazza Napoleone, Torre Guinigi and great shopping.

tuscany villa Florence and Pisa are just at your doorstep. Florence is famous for its wealth of art, including perhaps the most famous of all statues, Michelangelo’s “David”. Pisa, home of famous Florentine Galileo, still attracts curious travelers to its Leaning Tower. The villages of Sienna, San Gimignano, and Volterra are all within easy distance. Whether you prefer to visit Cathedrals and Museums, wineries and pasta factories, or simply to picnic in the olive groves, Tuscany offers so much to do that one visit invites your return.

Tuscany is deservedly famous for its sites, culture and centuries of art and history. But this area of Italy is above all famous for its food. The simplicity of “casalingua” cooking is the basis for all Tuscan cuisine. And of course in Tuscany, wonderful olive oil and some of the world’s best wines accompany the food. From Chianti Classico to the stunning Super Tuscans this area produces world-class vintages.
