The security deposit will be reimbursed, less any damage or unpaid charges, one month after the date of your visit. |

30% of the total rental price is required with the signed booking form at the time of the reservation – a reservation is not considered as confirmed until the deposit payment has been received. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to another date subject to circumstances and availability.

Balance Due:

Eight weeks prior to arrival – non-refundable. This should also include the security deposit. |

Included:

The rental of all villas includes heating, air conditioning, electricity and water.
Our villa rentals also include daily maid service, waiting staff and the services of our cook. Staff have one day off a week. Service cover will be provided 7 days a week but lunch and dinner will not be provided on the cook's day off. |

Not Included:
|
|
Food and beverage, phone/fax charges, personal laundry, cars and transportation. These services may be provided at an additional charge. |
|
Rental period:

Saturday-to-Saturday, arrival time 4:00 pm, departure time before noon. |
