Rate:		€15,000* per week during the high season months of June, July, August, September. Includes chef, service and housekeeping for 10 persons. €12,000* per week during the shoulder months of May and October – except for the two weeks of the May Cannes Film Festival (price available on application). Includes chef, service and housekeeping for 10 persons. The off-season months are €10,000* per week. Includes service and housekeeping for 10 persons but does not include a chef.
Deposit:		30% submitted with the booking form at the time of the reservation - non-refundable
Balance due:		Eight weeks prior to arrival - non-refundable
Security deposit:		€2,500* - Deposit is reimbursed thirty days after last day of visit
Included:		The Mas rental includes heating, electricity, water, heating of the pool up to 75F/24C, two staff, and a professional chef (staff have one day off a week).
Not Included:		Food and beverage, phone/fax charges, personal laundry, cars, transportation to and from the local airports and transportation on excursions. These services may be provided at an additional charge.
Rental period:		Saturday to Saturday
